Dust off your bikes, grab your helmets and get the family together for Norwood's 16th Junior Bike Ride and brand new Duathlon!
Registration fee: £15 per person
FREE cycle/running top, refreshments, medal & goodie bag for every participant!
Junior Bike Ride
Age: 7-14 years old (must be accompanied by an adult)
Start point: Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, Elstree, Herts WD6 3AF
Start times: 9.30am or 10.15am
Distance: Choose from 5 or 10 miles (new routes!)
Minimum sponsorship: £100 per family
Duathlon
Age: 11-16 years old
Start point: Aldenham Country Park, Aldenham Road, Elstree, Hertfordshire WD6 3BA
Start time: 11am
Distance: 1.5 mile run - 5 mile bike ride - 1.5 mile run
Minimum sponsorship: £125
Please note for Junior Bike Ride for health and safety reasons, one adult can only accompany up to four children.
